Eightfold Inc is an Illinois corporation that operates as the parent company for a portfolio of creative brands spanning photography, marketing, web design, and specialty services. Eightfold Inc does not provide services or products directly to consumers. All services are delivered through our individual brands, each of which may have additional terms specific to their services.
Payment processing for all brands is handled through Eightfold Inc. Charges on your bank or credit card statement may appear as “Eightfold Inc” regardless of which brand provided the service.

By making a purchase or booking through any of our brands, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and Intuit/QuickBooks).
All content on our websites — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software — is the property of Eightfold Inc or its respective brands and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, Eightfold Inc and its brands retain copyright ownership of all photographs, designs, and creative work produced. Clients receive a license to use delivered work for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes, as specified in their service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Eightfold Inc and its brands, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our websites or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our websites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of our websites, the accuracy of information provided, or the quality of services, except as required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
